If you cancel: 50% of the nanny care fee is kept for the reserved time and lost booking opportunities. Emergencies are reviewed individually. Unused travel charges are refunded.
If Divine Nurturing cancels: if we must cancel a confirmed booking due to illness, a family emergency or unforeseen circumstances, you receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, including any transportation fees.
All applicable payment processing and refund fees will be covered by Divine Nurturing.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Payment: bookings are only confirmed once paid 100% upfront. Fixed packages are not reduced if you return early.
